For the past 21 years Ric has been with Fitness LifeStyles Inc.,a full service fitness equipment company located in Asbury Park NJ. As Vice President, he plays an integral role in advancing the commercial side of the business to the highest levels the company has seen in the 30+ years of existence. His responsibilities include negotiating government, public and private contracts, new business development, cultivate and maintain manufacturer partnerships. Prior to this position, Ric spent 17 years as a professional athlete (tennis player & coach). Throughout these years, he gained the confidence, tenacity, perseverance, steadfastness, and the unwavering drive to succeed. As a business professional, all of these virtues have played a major role in the strategic planning and implementation of our products and services to the market place. His philosophy is work smarter not harder.
