Krista Popowych

Krista Popowych, B.HKin, continues to inspire fitness leaders, trainers and managers around the globe with her motivating and inspiring sessions. She is the Global Director of Group Education for Keiser, a three-time canfitpro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year and an IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year winner. Krista has shown an outstanding commitment to fitness education. She is an Integrated Movement Specialist for Balanced Body and she published a book, Partner Workouts, with Human Kinetics. Krista is also the co-creator of The Ride by Keiser and The Ride Studio by Keiser, bringing on-demand and virtual indoor cycling to homes and studios world-wide.

Amanda Lau

Amanda Lau is the owner and CEO of The Cycle Collective, a boutique indoor cycling studio in Vancouver, BC. Known for her passion for fitness and community, Amanda has built The Cycle Collective into a hub for wellness and indoor cycling enthusiasts. Beyond her studio, Amanda is a featured instructor and educator for The Ride by Keiser, where she brings her knowledge and energy to audiences across North America. With her extensive experience in the industry, she has presented at numerous conferences and workshops, sharing her expertise in cycling, fitness, and leadership.

Paco Gonzalez

Paco has been working for Keiser as an International Trainer for over 25 years. Alongside with Krista Popowych, they created “The Ride Concept,” a complete indoor cycling education concept program included in the M Series Ecosystem. He has presented in over 60 countries and at major sport and fitness events worldwide. Paco’s passion for fitness, conditioning, and health is evident when you have the opportunity to participate in any of his training sessions. His charisma, energy, extensive knowledge of fitness and wellness, and his vast experience as a fitness educator make his presentations not only motivating and entertaining but also unique.
