Liz started her fitness career after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University in Exercise Science and Public Relations. She has worked as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Coach, and spent 16 years in Fitness Management in the Chicago, NYC and Westchester County markets.

Mike Jesowshek, CPA is the founder of the accounting firm IncSight. Mike has a strong passion for both fitness and technology as his firm helps provide digital accounting, bookkeeping, and tax solutions for studio and gym owners. With clients all over the U.S., his goal is to help these businesses pay the least amount of taxes as legally possible while helping them grow personally and professionally.
Dr. Rachel Sutter

Dr. Rachel Sutter is a licensed physical therapist and fitness professional from Minneapolis, MN. Rachel’s career in fitness began after college where she worked for 5 years as a fitness instructor, pilates trainer, and pilates department coordinator. During this time, she won several awards for being a “top trainer” within her health club system.
