Sebastian is the owner of BarbellJobs.com, a job board and hiring solution specific to the fitness industry.  Sebastian was previously a boutique fitness gym owner, and grew it to the #1 location in Colorado and Top 20 in the country, but not before experiencing first-hand the challenges that come with being an owner.  Given the criticality of hiring good talent, he always found it challenging to find candidates. Combining his experience in fitness, gym ownership, and corporate strategy and operations, he hopes that BarbellJobs.com can be an effective solution for owners looking to grow their team.
