David Beares
My wife Abby and I founded our gym 12 years ago after spending the first 5 years running a small acupuncture practice. I certified with RKC in 2009, but never intended to see clients directly. It was more of a hobby and personal interest. But I soon found a market for kettlebells, and ended up creating a fitness and wellness center that was eventually called 39 Minute Workout & Wellness. Today, we serve mostly women in their 40's-60's in the Ellicott City area of Maryland (between Baltimore and DC). We're grateful to have such a strong community of long-term members that we survive
