Ashley Rhoden
My name is Ashley Rhoden and I am the Group Fitness Director at Amped Fitness. I have been working with Amped Fitness since 2017 and have been in my current position since 2020. My primary responsibility is building and creating an exciting class schedule for our members to use to further their fitness goals at our facilities. Currently we offer yoga, pilates, spin, HIIT, Zumba, X-Treme Hip Hop and Shine dance fitness at our locations and we are always looking to add more everyday. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry my entire life, from playing youth sports, coaching youth sports, leading group fitness classes, and personal training. When I am not working I am playing with my cats, travelling with my husband, or having my nose stuffed in a book.
