Mandie Brice

Mandie’s lifelong passions for fitness, education, and yoga have recently come full circle. With over 30 years of personal practice in yoga and fitness, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Mount Mary University respectively, she has found her calling as a yoga teacher at a small chain of gyms in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her professional journey has been anything but conventional. After six years of teaching middle and high school, she transitioned into the entertainment and beauty industry, working as a model and makeup artist across California and the Midwest. Throughout her career—and later, as a mother—yoga, fitness, and personal development have been her anchors, helping her maintain both physical and mental resilience while navigating the challenges of freelancing and motherhood. Mandie’s commitment to continuous learning and sustainable, incremental self-improvement inspired her to write a few books and most recently create alilbetter.com, a yoga, personal development, and lifestyle platform.
