The first 30 days in a member’s lifecycle are arguably the most important because this is when their motivation for change, progress, and achievement is at its peak. Andy Peat, a seasoned leader in the fitness industry with more than 18 years’ experience, is the CEO of Fitness on Demand, a health and wellness platform that manages gyms’ digital fitness and member engagement needs. Andy’s expertise in driving innovation and transformational change is led by a firm belief in utilizing data and the latest technology to steer positive behavior change and forge strategic partnerships within the fitness landscape. Andy has held various roles at Snap Fitness including club manager, franchise sales manager and Regional CEO. Following the Snap Fitness acquisition by US-based Lift Brands, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer for Lift Brands Asia Pacific. In this role, Andy spearheaded the expansion of Snap Fitness and 9Round across AU and NZ, resulting in sustained year-on-year growth for both brands in the territories. In 2020, Andy transitioned into the role of Chief Product Officer at Lift Brands where he played a pivotal role in Snap Fitness’ brand reposition, which included the development of the Snap Fitness member app, gym design, supply chain and member experience. With roots as a personal trainer in New Zealand, Andy's journey reflects his passion for both fitness and business and it’s no surprise he has built a strong reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader within health, fitness, and wellness.
