David Matthews

David Matthews has over 10 years of Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction Experience and is the owner of Quality Fitness Mukilteo in Washington.

Additionally, he's designed and hosted multiple Speed & Agility and Sports Camps and is certified as an ACSM Personal Trainer and TRX Group Instructor.
