Taylar is a former 10x All time Powerlifting World Record Holder, 2x Crossfit Games Regionals Athlete, 2x National Pro Grid League Grid Champion, 1st NPGL MVP, National Champion Weightlifter, Team USA Pan Ams and World Team member, 2x United Grid League Coach of the year, and 2023 United Grid League Champion (Orlando Aces). She is also the owner of TaylarMadeAthletics, a remote fitness training company made to create fitness programs to meet athlete's specific goals and needs. She is also a licensed realtor out of Florida. While growing up Southern Baptist with her Grandfather being a Baptist preacher, Taylar grew up fearing and trying to hide who she was. She turned to sports as a refuge and quickly excelled in them allowing her to earn a scholarship in Track and Field to the University of South Florida. While she took to competing in numerous sports with minimal representation of individuals who looked like her, Taylar went on to try and be a voice for mental health in the marginalized communities she represents. She currently serves proudly on the Board for OUT and as an OUT Ambassador.
