Please read the following terms carefully before using FBA's website, products, and services.
Introductory Founding Cohort Price: $197 — available for a limited time. Standard Price: $397 Year 1 covers full certification enrollment and 12 months of active status. After year one, active status is maintained through an annual renewal fee of $99, billed automatically on your renewal date unless canceled beforehand. Lifetime Active Status is earned automatically after 5 consecutive annual renewals. Once achieved, no further renewal fees are charged and active status is maintained permanently. Includes: FBA Certification, Education library, digital badge and credential recognition, access to eligible CEC/CEUs, and ongoing certification support. Active certified professionals in good standing receive complimentary access to the FBA Virtual Conference as part of their annual active status. Conference access is contingent on maintaining active certification status and does not apply during any lapse in renewal. Note: Participants who enrolled prior to April 2026 under a previous payment structure, including any EFT billing arrangements, remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of enrollment until their next renewal date, at which point current terms apply.
Option A — Full Access (Annual) Fee: $299–$349/year Includes: Full access to FBA Virtual Conference, 80+ sessions, recordings, CEC/CEUs, FBA Certification. Billed at purchase and auto-renews every 12 months until canceled. Option B — Conference Access Only Fee: $149/year Includes: Access to FBA Virtual Conference sessions. Billed at purchase and auto-renews every 12 months until canceled. Discounts may be applied to any option when available and at FBA's discretion.
Fee: $199/month First month: 30 days free when bundled with another FBA product; otherwise $99 for the first month. Includes: 1:1 Kickoff and check-ins, AI "Mastermind in Your Pocket," Wins & Hurdles community, Insider events and surprise intensives. Billed at end of trial (if applicable) and auto-renews monthly until canceled.
By enrolling, you authorize the Fitness Business Association ("FBA") to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees on the schedule above. No advance notice is required unless fees increase, in which case Section 3 applies.

The FBA may increase fees at any time. The FBA shall provide at least 30 days advance notice of any fee increase, sent to the email address on file. Notice shall be deemed given when sent via email.
In order to access some areas of the Site you will need to create an account. You agree to provide complete and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username and password. The FBA accepts no responsibility for unauthorized use of your account credentials. You agree not to use any username or password not belonging to you.
The Fitness Business Association ("FBA") conditions use of www.fbafitness.com or any other FBA-operated website (the "Site") on acceptance of: (1) these terms and conditions; (2) the FBA Code of Conduct; and (3) FBA's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all terms referenced above.
In using fbafitness.com, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to comply with community standards and the FBA Code of Conduct. You agree to refrain from posting content that is unlawful, false, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes upon others' rights, including intellectual property rights, or that could be deemed an unauthorized advertisement or solicitation.
All content on this Site, including images, code, text, designs, and logos, are the sole property of the FBA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Presenters agree that content provided to FBA is a work-for-hire, granting FBA a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, broadcast, and create derivative works from such content. Presenters also grant FBA unlimited permission to use their identity and likeness for commercial purposes without additional compensation.
By submitting content to fbafitness.com, you represent it is lawful and that you have authority to post it. You grant FBA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable right to use, distribute, reproduce, and display such content, including the right to prepare derivative works. The FBA is not responsible for posted content and has no obligation to monitor submissions, though it reserves the right to delete or refuse any content for any reason.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site. The FBA assumes no liability for errors or inaccuracies of content, unauthorized access to servers, interruptions of transmission, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of use of any content posted or made available via the Site.
The FBA has no control over linked third-party websites and is not responsible for and does not endorse their content or services. By accessing such websites, you do so at your own risk.
In no event shall the FBA or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies of content, personal injury or property damage from use of the Site, unauthorized access to servers, interruption of transmission, or any loss or damage from use of any content posted or made available via the Site. Such limitation applies to the fullest extent authorized by law. The FBA shall not be liable for user submissions or the illegal conduct of any third party.
You agree to defend and indemnify the FBA and its representatives for any and all claims, demands, and lawsuits arising out of your use of the Site to the full extent authorized by law, including payment of attorneys' fees to FBA's counsel of choice. This obligation survives cessation of your use of the Site.
You agree to submit any dispute with the FBA to binding arbitration pursuant to JAMS rules or, if unable, to the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration must be initiated in your individual capacity only — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class proceeding.
The FBA is a limited liability company doing business in Illinois. Any dispute shall be governed by Illinois law with venue in Cook County, Illinois.
You confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18 and not legally emancipated, you must have consent of a parent or legal guardian. Without such consent you must not use fbafitness.com.
The FBA reserves the right to change these terms and/or its privacy policy at any time without notice. Please review these policies regularly.
The FBA has the exclusive right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, including loss of account status and removal of the ability to participate in the Site.

Enrollment in FBA Certification constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant") and the Fitness Business Association ("FBA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate.
You must be at least 18 years of age, possess a recognized fitness qualification or equivalent professional experience, and agree to abide by the FBA Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
FBA Certification is a self-paced, video-based program of 12 courses across 4 modules. Participants must complete all 12 courses and pass the quiz at the end of each module with a score of 80% or higher. Unlimited retakes are permitted.
All fees are as described in Section 1.1. The $99 annual renewal fee is billed automatically on the renewal date unless canceled beforehand. Participants who complete 5 consecutive annual renewals earn Lifetime Active Status — no further renewal fees are required and active status is maintained permanently. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 2 or as required by law.
Participants who enrolled prior to April 2026 under a previous payment structure, including any EFT billing arrangements, remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of enrollment until their next renewal date, at which point current terms apply.
All program materials are owned or licensed by the FBA. Participants may use materials for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Participants must adhere to the FBA Code of Ethics throughout their participation and while holding active status. Violation may result in termination and revocation of FBA Certification without refund.
The FBA reserves the right to modify certification requirements, program structure, or fees at its sole discretion. Participants will be notified of material changes.
The FBA may terminate any participant's enrollment or active status for failure to comply with these Terms or conduct deemed detrimental to the program or FBA. No refund will be issued upon termination.
